HEALTH AND SAFETY DECLARATION

THE HEALTH AND SAFETY AT WORK ACT 1974 (HASAWA74)

It is a condition of entry to Spares Day that every Exhibitor, Contractor, Sub-contractor, Supplier and their Agents comply with the HASAWA74 and all other legislation covering the venue. It is recommended that you have Public Liability Insurance to the value of £2 Million (minimum). This may be obtainable through Mark at Bloomhill Insurance 01256 463090.

We accept that it is our legal and moral responsibility to ensure that our own and others Health and Safety is not put at risk by our actions (or inactions) throughout build-up, open exhibition and breakdown. It is required that stall holders wear hi-vis vests or jackets during set up and breakdown while vehicle movements are taking place.

The closing date for returning forms is Tuesday 15 October 2024 (Early Bird offer by 30 September 2024) together with:

Your Health and Safety Declaration
A Risk Assessment (only applicable to Companies with more than 5 employees on the stand)
Your Remittance covering the total cost of your booking including a cheque where appropriate.
